Based on our Chest Rig, this new PALS/MOLLE compatible bag features:
 
1000D Cordura Nylon (DWR - Durable Water Resistant) construction
YKK8 Coil Zippers with dual pulls on main compartment
Blaze Orange internals for visibility
Multiple sleeves/dividers and 1.5" Woven Elastic sections inside for organization
Rubberized Mesh sleeve on front 
PALS rows on sides for attaching small pouches, GPS, handhelf radios, etc
Zippered front sleeve
 
Main compartment is approx 4.5L (11"x9"x3")
